Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of zungzacandle.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from ZUNGZA ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We do our best to display product colours, textures and dimensions accurately, but each cinnamon bark vessel is carved by hand from a different piece of bark, so grain, colour and shape vary from piece to piece and from the product photography.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, and limit the quantity of any product sold, at any time and without notice.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timeframes, rates and return conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Safe use of our products

Candles are an open flame. You are responsible for using our products safely and in line with the warnings on the packaging and our Candle Care & Safety guide. We accept no liability for damage or injury caused by improper use, including leaving a burning candle unattended, burning it near flammable materials, or burning it for longer than the recommended time.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photography, graphics, logos and the ZUNGZA name — is our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
