Shipping
Where we ship
ZUNGZA currently ships within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Door to door, most orders arrive within 4–7 business days.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping — $3 flat rate on every order.
- Free Shipping on orders of $80 or more.
Where your order ships from
US orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.
Tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away, and a second email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. The carrier can take up to 24 hours to record the first scan.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once a label has been created we can't reroute a parcel. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, email hi@zungza.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged in transit
Our jars are carved from natural cinnamon bark and packed with care, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, email hi@zungza.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the outer packaging and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
