Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only, for now.
How fast will my order arrive?
We pack and dispatch within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after that — so 4–7 business days door to door.
How much is shipping?
$3 flat on every order. Free on orders of $80 or more.
Where does my order ship from?
Our warehouse in Houston, Texas.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to show the first scan.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us straight away. Once a shipping label has been created we can't reroute the parcel.
Returns
Can I return a candle?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unburned and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
My candle arrived broken. What now?
Email hi@zungza.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the box. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
How long do refunds take?
5–10 business days to your original payment method after we've received and inspected the return.
The candles
How long does one candle burn?
Our 7oz candles burn for approximately 40–60 hours and our 4oz candles for approximately 30–40 hours, when burned according to the care instructions.
What's the wax?
Soy wax, hand-poured in small batches.
Does the cinnamon bark vessel burn?
No. The wick and wax burn in an inner container. The bark wall warms and releases its own natural scent — it isn't the fuel. It still gets warm, so always use a heat-resistant surface and follow our care and safety guide.
Will my candle look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Every vessel is carved from a different piece of bark, so grain, colour and shape vary. That's the point.
Which scent should I pick?
Lavender and Rose for winding down. Rosemary and Orange for focus and energy. Cinnamon for cosy evenings. If you can't decide, try a Discovery Set.
Bundles & gifting
Can I mix scents in a bundle?
Yes. Every Build Your Bundle and Custom Bundle lets you choose your own combination.
Do you include a gift note?
Every order ships in a ZUNGZA box with a printed card inside. We don't offer personalised gift notes yet.
